PVC Coated Fabric

  • WITH THE BEST TECHNOLOGY PYUNG HWA SANJA FOR CUSTOMERS.

Use special high tenacity and low shrinkage polyester yarn as its base cloth, PVC Coated Fabrics is produced by a SOL coating process, known as a highly sophisticated method. The Pre-Heat Tempering of its polyester scrim at 180¡É ensures superior dimensional stability less than 0.5%, enough to bearing extreme temperature of -35¡É to 80¡É and impermissible to occurring any modification such as shrinkage or drooping. Complete and Thorough Penetration of super-heated liquid PVC sol into the scrim and fibers by both sides simultaneously, it sets the highest durability and adhesive linkages with entire fabric integrity. Furthermore, it is noted and commended its exceptiona¡°l Flatness¡±propensity in fruit of its¡°Repetitive, Thin coating¡±and¡°Gradual build-up¡±Process; as well it creates Ultra-Violet Superiority over other-for ultra durability in sun light conditions. In short, the SOL Coating process is immeasurably superior to the low-tech laminating process which has so often in the past been used in the production of PVC fabrics.
